Furthermore, clients often appoint us as independent reviewers for complex projects to ensure technical compliance and to provide Producer Statement PS2.

Architects and architectural technicians often serve as lead designers on building projects and are appointed by clients for this role. For Specific Engineering Design (SED) elements not addressed by prescriptive design standards such as NZS 3604, specialized structural engineering advice may be required. To fulfill these needs, architects frequently consult Chartered Professional Engineers - Structural Engineers to design the SED components. The Structural Engineer collaborates with the Architect, offering design input and essential technical expertise for the project.
